ICCG Properties, LLC. improves communities by taking an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to real estate management and development. E. Julian Jordan III is a Senior in Drexel University's Charles D. Close School of Entrepreneurship, studying Entrepreneurship & Innovation with an emphasis in Social Entrepreneurship and a Minor in Real Estate Management & Development. As the Vice President of Sales & Acquisition, Julian identifies properties that offer great opportunity as well as secures partners and/or buyers for these acquisitions. Whether it be an office building that allows a company to establish equity, a vacation home abroad, or an income producing rental property, Julian is able to see potential almost everywhere.
